Feng Huang Dan Cong - the famous Chinese Oolong tea, produced in Guangdong Province, the southernmost and warmest province of China. Included in the list of the best teas of China. Tea is collected from a particular bush, so each batch has its own unique features. Feng Huang is the name of the locality (named for the mythical phoenix bird Fenghuang), the tribute is single, separate, the tsun is a tree with a spreading crown. This tea is produced in small quantities - several kilograms of wood, which are often ordered by connoisseurs long before harvest.

Brewing method:

Take the purified water and heat it to 95-100 degrees. Warm the teapot with hot water, pour tea into it at the rate of 1 gram of tea per 100 ml of water. 1 gram Feng Juan Dan Cong is about a teaspoon. Fill the tea with hot water and infuse the tea for 3-5 minutes, then pour into cups and enjoy.
