Not flavored! A delicious fruity aroma gives this oolong a local climate, land and mountain ranges - ideal conditions for the heady aroma of Feng Huang Dan Tsong tea. Guangdong Oolong Tea (Chaozhou Cha) is grown in Guangdong Province, famous for its tea culture isolated from other regions of China. Phoenix Mountain (Feng Huang) is not only green mountains and clear waters, hiking trails among foggy peaks, but also the homeland of the world famous Oolong tea, Feng Huang Dan Tsun. Thanks to the steep majestic mountains, colorful villages with their ancient traditions and customs, and, of course, fragrant tea, the village of Feng Huang became famous throughout the world.
This area is home to the traditional Chinese tea ceremony, Gongfu Cha (the highest skill in making tea), and it is from here that many features of the process of collecting and producing semi-fermented oolong tea have spread.

Effect: internally collects, exacerbates the perception of reality, improves performance. It has an even stronger psychophysical effect than the more "untwisted" heady teas.
Benefit: helps to assimilate heavy foods, speeds up metabolism, contains a whole range of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, normalizes blood pressure, removes toxins and toxins from the body, cleanses and renews the body, positively affects the cardiovascular system, lowers cholesterol.
Taste and aroma: apricot, fruit, honey, with notes of orchids and spring flowers. The taste is thick, pleasant, with a soft tart, floral, creamy, changeable.
Brewing Method:
The first, and perhaps the main condition, is to tune in to pleasure, do not drink this tea in a hurry.
It is best to brew this tea using the "strait" method or Gongfu Cha. A lot of tea, not enough water, the infusion time is up to 30 seconds. Thus, you can get 15 - 20 brews and maximum effect with each small bowl.
But if there is not enough time for such a tea party, then:
Take purified water and heat it to 95-100 degrees. Warm the teapot with hot water, pour tea there at the rate of 1 gram of tea per 100 ml of water. 1 gram Dan Tribune is about a teaspoon. Pour tea with hot water and leave the tea for 3-5 minutes, then pour into cups and enjoy.
