Bound tea. Flower tea

Bound tea, flower tea, or flowering tea are dried tea leaves neatly assembled together with the flowers of chrysanthemum, jasmine, osmanthus, lily, hibiscus, amaranth, lavender, clover, camellia, calendula, lychee and peony. When brewing, dry tea and flowers open up, creating the magical effect of a living fairy flower that blooms before your eyes.

Brewed tea must be brewed exclusively in a glass teapot so that it is possible to observe the whole process from beginning to end. One bud of bound tea is designed for a teapot of 500-700 ml. Dry bound tea may take the form of a ball, heart, or pyramid. A flower arrangement may have one or more colors.

Usually, white or green tea is tied with flowers - the leaves of such tea are softer and more flexible. Less common is flower tea from red (black) tea.
