Guangdong Oolong Tea (Chaozhou Cha) is grown in Guangdong Province, famous for its tea culture isolated from other regions of China. Phoenix Mountain (Feng Huang) is not only green mountains and clear waters, hiking trails among foggy peaks, but also the homeland of the world famous Oolong tea, Feng Huang Dan Tsun. The local climate, land and mountain ranges are ideal conditions for the appearance of the soaring aroma of Feng Huang Dan Tsong tea. Thanks to the steep majestic mountains, colorful villages with their ancient traditions and customs, and, of course, fragrant tea, the village of Feng Huang became famous throughout the world.
This area is home to the traditional Chinese tea ceremony, Gongfu Cha (the highest skill in making tea), and it is from here that many features of the process of collecting and producing semi-fermented oolong tea have spread.

Brewing Method:
