The top of Dong Ding Mountain is always covered in snow and lit by bright sunshine. Dong Din plantations are located on the slopes, and even on the warmest day the air is filled with icy coolness. Such conditions contribute to the versatility of the taste of the tea leaf. Depending on the place of growth in Nantou County, this variety is of three types, differing in taste and aroma from each other. These are Lishan Dong Ding, Alishan Dong Ding and Shan Lin Xi Dong Ding. Each of them has a different taste and aroma. A true connoisseur of Taiwanese oolong is worth trying every type of Dong Ding to enjoy its delicious taste and aftertaste.
Effect: fills with a sense of happiness and harmony, inspires, tones, arouses feelings and creative activity. A wonderful aphrodisiac.
Benefit: it contains a whole spectrum of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, normalizes blood pressure, removes toxins and toxins from the body, cleanses and renews the body, positively affects the cardiovascular system, and lowers cholesterol. Brewing Method:

Take purified water and heat it to 85-95 degrees. Do not brew this tender Taiwanese oolong with boiling water, let the water cool down a bit. In a warm teapot, place tea at the rate of 1 gram of tea per 100 ml of water. 1 gram of tea Frosty Peak is about a third of a teaspoon. Inhale the aroma of warm tea leaf. Pour tea with hot water, directing a stream of water in circles - so the water will hug and wash each tea. Brew tea for 3-5 minutes, then pour into cups and enjoy.
