Lishan - joy from Pear Mountain, a high-mountain source of enjoying taste and aroma!

Li Shan Oolong is grown at an altitude of 2100 m on the Li Shan tea plantation (Taiwan, Taichun district)

This tea has an amazing story. Pear Mountain got its name because of the fact that orchards, mainly pear trees, grew on it long since. Once, the emperor, walking through the garden and enjoying the delicious aroma of flowering trees, decided that Pear Mountain was a great place for a tea plantation. Whether tea plants absorbed the scent of flowering gardens, or the soil itself was so favorable - you can not figure it out, but tea grown on Pear Mountain, strikes a bright fruit and floral aroma and an inexplicable property to give a joyful mood.

Taiwanese are so proud of this oolong that they call it "presidential" and give it to the guests of honor of the island as a business card.

Effect: fills with a feeling of happiness and harmony, clarifies the mind, intoxicates with its purity and clarity, causes a smile on the face and soul :-)

Benefits: contains a lot of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, normalizes pressure, removes toxins and slags from the body, cleanses and renews the body, has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, reduces cholesterol, raises vitality in general.

Taste and aroma: heady aroma of spring flowers and fresh fruit, freshness and summer rain. The taste is soft, slightly oily, fruit-rich, with delicate notes of almond and citrus. Leaves a long sweet aftertaste.

Perfect tea for tea ceremonies. We recommend brewing Li Shan exclusively by strait or in a teapot with a button. Do not insult the noble tea, using it in a hurry, tune in to have fun!

Brewing method:

It is best to brew this luxurious oolong in a small bowl, not insisting, repeatedly, enjoying each small bowl. But if you are not ready to spend at least half an hour on tea drinking, then:

  • Take the purified water and heat it to 85-95 degrees.
  • Do not brew this gentle Taiwanese Oolong with boiling water, let the water cool a little.
  • In a heated teapot, place the tea at the rate of 1 gram of tea per 100 ml of water. 1 gram of Li Shan tea is about a third of a teaspoon.
  • Inhale the aroma of warm tea leaves.
  • Fill the tea with hot water, directing the stream of water in circles - so the water will embrace and wash each tea.
  • Brew tea for 3-5 minutes, then pour into cups and enjoy.
