The kettle is perfect for repeated brewing on the principle of the tea ceremony, or "strait". Light-colored porcelain reveals well the nature of green tea and white tea.

How to brew tea in a small kettle:
- warm up the kettle
- fill it with dry tea for about a third of the volume
- fill with water of the desired temperature
- after 10-20 seconds, pour the tea into bowls
