A noble teapot made of light Yixing clay Duan Ni.
Volume - 260 ml.
A teapot made of Yixing clay Duan Ni, made in the classic Xi Shi shape. This is handmade with the master's seal inside. The teapot has undergone high-temperature firing, due to which the low-melting fractions evaporated, which made it more porous and light.
A classic sieve with 9 holes. The walls are of medium thickness, the lid is perfectly ground, which allows the water locks to work effectively. The teapot is pleasant to hold in your hands, its surface is smooth and silky, and it itself is ringing. The lid and body are decorated with carvings depicting a blossoming plum - a symbol of love of life, resilience and rebirth, one of the four noble plants of China.
The set includes a teapot passport, a cord for the lid and a gift box.
Important:
- A new kettle should get used to the temperature in your room before use. Do not rinse the kettle with boiling water immediately after bringing your purchase from a frosty street.
- Do not wash earthenware kettles with strong-scented detergents. Clay teapots after tea drinking are simply rinsed with hot water, that's enough.
- Prepare the new kettle for brewing by rinsing with boiling water. And it is better to brew ordinary tea in it and leave it for a day, then pour it out - this way you will prepare the kettle for brewing real tea.
