The author of the recipe for this tea is Mr. Zhou, the founder of the company. The recipe was created in 1975 and turned out to be so successful that it has remained unchanged since then.
Pu-erh was produced in 2018 from the raw materials of the first harvest (the first harvest is considered the best).
The first two digits indicate that this is a 1975 recipe, the second digit 7 indicates the grade of the tea leaf, the last digit 8 is coded for the Haiwan Tea Company.

Fill with water, leave for 3-5 minutes. Shu pu-erh is not afraid of overriding, you can safely insist it longer - you will get a resinous black color of the infusion, deep taste and no bitterness.
Haiwan Black Pu-erh perfectly withstands a large number of brews, if brewed by the "strait" method, Ping Cha or Gongfu Cha - in an earthen teapot or gaiwan.
