Taste and Aroma: Aged Menhai Shu Pu-erh combines the aroma of dried fruits and nuts, which harmonizes perfectly with a soft, enveloping taste with woody notes.
Brewing method: For brewing, use soft purified water at a temperature of up to 100°C. Take a tablespoon of dry tea per cup or other brewing container with a volume of 250-300 ml. Fill with water, leave for 3-5 minutes. Shu pu-erh is not afraid of resting, you can safely infuse it longer - you will get a tar-black infusion, a deep taste and no bitterness.
Black Pu-erh "Da Shu Cha" excellently withstands a large number of brews if it is brewed "straight", using the Pin Cha or Gong Fu Cha method, or in a special teapot with a button.
