The wide-necked teapot is well suited for brewing large-leaf, bulky tea. The walls are slightly thinner than the middle ones. Classic seven-hole sieve. Smooth and powerful drain. The lid is recessed into the body of the kettle, which ensures a tighter fit, flawless operation of water locks and no leaks from under the lid.
In such a teapot, it is good to brew Guangdong and Wuyishan oolongs, sheng pu-erh or white tea.
Important:
- A new kettle should get used to the temperature in your room before use. Do not rinse the kettle with boiling water immediately after bringing your purchase from a frosty street.
- Do not wash earthenware kettles with strong-scented detergents. Clay teapots after tea drinking are simply rinsed with hot water, that's enough.
- Prepare a new kettle for brewing by rinsing with boiling water. And it is better to brew ordinary tea in it and leave it for a day, then pour it out - this way you will prepare the kettle for brewing real tea.
