Green tea
Green tea perfectly quenches thirst, refreshes, fills the body with essential vitamins and minerals. Green tea itself is a powerful antioxidant, increases the efficiency of the body, eliminates toxins and toxins and also strengthens the cartilage tissue. Green tea also stimulates the work of the cardiovascular system, balances the heart rhythm and levels breathing, which is important during training. Plus, it's just so delicious! :-)
Drink 200-300 ml of green tea before a workout - and your body will receive an extra charge of energy. You can easily handle all the loads! During a workout, you can drink green tea in small sips every 15-20 minutes, if the exercise is long. This will maintain water balance and help to avoid dehydration.
Often, after intensive training - it happens right away, it happens the next day, there is a crevice. This unpleasant phenomenon is caused by the accumulation of lactic acid toxins, which appears after an unusually large for the body muscle activity. This acid is split (and, accordingly, removes unpleasant symptoms) vitamins A, C and E, which are contained in sufficient quantity in green tea. Drink 300-500 ml of green tea immediately after your workout and, most likely, you will avoid creams.
Oolong tea
Oolongs (turquoise teas) during workouts will also help cope with increased physical exertion.
Choose your oolong from the line of poorly fermented ones, since fermented oolongs in the majority have a warming effect, for training, when the body is overheated, it is unnecessary. Green oolongs tone not as actively as green tea, their impact is milder, but on the gastrointestinal tract, oolongs are more humane - they do not excite the appetite, do not increase the acidity of the stomach. In addition, oolongs are not so demanding on the conditions of brewing, and such tea can be easily prepared right in the gym, filling water from a cooler into a small bottle of dry tea.
The exception is, perhaps, Oolong with ginseng. This tea should not be consumed during training, it has a pronounced stimulating effect. Although, if you want to surpass the trainer, then ... ;-)

Puer
Puer is the best tea for relaxation.. Especially shu (black) puer. Among its other advantages is the ability to remove muscle clamps and relax the body as a whole. In addition, Pu-erh gives clarity of thought and helps to concentrate on doing the exercises.
Pueras significantly improve the functioning of internal organs, in particular, the heart and blood vessels, eliminate the formation of blood clots, relieve toxins and negative thoughts. Good Pu-erh and for fitness because of its properties to quickly remove toxins from the body and normalize metabolism. Pu-erh tea is often recommended for people who are overweight.
Shen Puer - the most powerful energetic. Intense physical exertion requires considerable energy from the body, which Shen (green) Pu-erh will help replenish. Drink Shen Puer before training - and the body will receive additional resources to perform complex exercises. A puer drunk after a workout will remove the clamps, soothe and relax the tired body.
Black tea
