Red - will say some. It warms, pacifies, relaxes, gives a feeling of comfort and coziness, creates a harmonious state, improves mood.

Dark oolongs - others will answer. They relieve stress, relieve depression, fill with creative energy.

Puer - the third will object. Pueras take away consciousness from reality, when you do not want to contemplate the autumn gloom, they expand the scope of perception, tune in to the beautiful.

All right, and all the answers are correct. But let's try to dig deeper and examine the biochemistry of depressive mood itself. Why is one autumn a sad time, and the other an eye-catching sight?

Autumn. A great time of the year, in order to sum up its results, think about life, enjoy cozy autumn evenings, wrap yourself in a blanket and breathe in the scent of your favorite tea ... Admire the golden crowns of trees, communicate with friends, read books ... But it often happens that autumn brings sadness , and sadness, and longing for the departed summer, causing depression.

What factors cause such a negative mood? And why in the autumn?

The first reason: we have a little sun!

With the onset of autumn, the sun pampers us less and less, its warmth becomes less and less noticeable. Everyone knows that sunlight gives energy to our nervous system, a feeling of cheerfulness and a desire to move comes to a person.

When we get enough sunlight, we become lethargic and passive. Also, the sunlight falling on the skin increases the pressure, which, accordingly, makes us more active.

Well, of course, we all know about vitamin D, which is called “solar vitamin”. Ultraviolet transforms the substance in the skin - ergosterone, into vitamin D.

The lack of this vitamin slows down the absorption of calcium by the body, which, in turn, leads to brittle bones and teeth, chronic fatigue and depression. Some foods, such as salmon, chicken eggs, mushrooms, and liver, can help fill vitamin A deficiency.

Well, a charge of cheerfulness instead of sunlight can give green tea. It also helps to increase blood pressure, energizes, improves the overall tone of the body, improves mood and not only! It would seem that green tea is more suitable for summer and spring ... but this if only the ability to quench one's thirst and refresh one can be distinguished from the whole spectrum of its beneficial properties.

Among other things, sunlight stimulates the production of endorphins - the so-called hormones of happiness. The lack of endorphins causes frustration, emotional fatigue, leads to a depressed and depressed mood, apathy, unwillingness to do anything. High-mountain teas contain a huge amount of L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes the production of joy hormones, not worse than sunlight.

The result is that sunlight and its positive influence on cloudy autumn days will partly help replace green teas and high-mountain oolongs.

    Reason two: we are cold!

The sun is no longer warm, and the heating has not yet been turned on. Outside it is unfriendly, damp and windy; at home you will not be warm either. In the supercooling mode, all vital processes in the body slow down.

Even nature falls asleep, birds fly away to warm lands, many animals and insects hibernate, plants shed their leaves and are immersed in the winter energy-saving sleep until the new spring,

How can a person maintain vigor and efficiency if a freezing organism requires only one - heat and under the duvet.

Of course, drink hot tea, dress warmer and hug each other more often.

Among the teas, perhaps, red (black) tea are leading in terms of the warming properties. In addition to the warmth for the body and soul, red tea gives a good mood and increases efficiency.

Yes, and how to imagine autumn evening tea drinking with family without a cup of aromatic, delicious, such soulful tea? You can even enhance the warming effect by adding ginger, lemon, spices to the tea. It is the red (black) tea that serves as the basis for preparing the most warming autumn - winter drinks. In addition, red tea will not be offended if you combine it with cookies or other snacks. :-) And your evening will be sweet and cozy!

We still want to note only one nuance - elite varieties of red tea, such as Dian Hong, for example, still should not be mixed with anything. Such teas are self-sufficient, they are tasty, fragrant and effective without any additions. For a tea party with a cake or making warming drinks, a more budget red tea is quite suitable.

The result - in order to avoid overcooling and help the body to function fully, to warm up and increase working capacity - drink good red (black) tea!

The third reason is not enough vitamins.

In the autumn - winter period, we often catch cold. The reason may be not only hypothermia or viral infection, but also weakened immunity.

The body lacks vitamins. Naturally, a stuffy nose, cough, temperature already doesn’t cheer up - we feel weak and tired. What the first thing we do when we feel the first symptoms of a cold? Right, we run to the pharmacy for ascorbic.

Well, or begin to eat lemons - oranges ;-) Vitamin C blocks the development of the disease, relieves unpleasant symptoms, improves the immune system, enhancing the body's defenses.

Did you know that one cup of green tea contains vitamin C 4 times more than a cup of orange juice?

The maximum amount of vitamin C and vitamins of groups A, B, B5, K, P, PP is contained in the tea kidney, therefore tea with a high content of tips (tea kidney) is the most effective as a prophylactic against colds. Basically, the tea bud serves as a raw material for the production of white and green tea, as well as some types of red tea and puerh.

For example, white Puerh Lü Yao Bao consists of a 100% tea bud.

Consider only the fact that green tea also tones up strongly, so do not drink it in the evening, unless, of course, you plan to stay awake until morning ;-)

The result - tea with a high content of tea buds can help the body not to catch cold.

And finally, a few words about pu-erh and fermented (red) uluns. According to the effects, these 2 groups of tea also warm well, give warmth and comfort, pacify, relieve stress and depressive moods, fill the world with bright colors and positive, it is sooo autumn teas. So for an evening tea party, it is good to opt for Da Hong Pao or a good seasoned shu - here you can choose to your taste.

    Summary

Good tea is good at any time of the year. But autumn has its own rules. Each tea group brings its benefits and its positive changes in your mood. Drink real tea, listen to your body - how to help it cope with the autumn blues. And, most importantly - often hug your loved ones - words and relationships can be warm too. :-)
