Xiao Fa Tocha is the visiting card of the Saguang factory.
The recipe, invented in 1975, is currently the standard of taste for blended shu puer, is one of the five best-selling shu puer. Like its competitor, the V93 from the Menhai plant is produced in several batches each year. "Xiao Fa" translates as "Little French." It has been produced in round "French" packaging since the 1970s. This was the first Shu Puer sent for export to Europe.
