Shu Puer Menghai Da Y 2019 heady aroma from the Menghai Tea Factory.
The Menghai Tea Factory is the flagship of China's puer industry. It was here that they invented a way to produce shu (ready, black) Pu-erh in a short time.

Taste and aroma: a soft velvety taste combined with a spicy aroma with notes of dried berries, moist wood bark and spring land after the May rain.
Brewing method:
It is best to brew this Pu-erh in the strait way, using a small gaiwan or kettle for brewing.
But if you are in a hurry, this tea can be brewed in the usual, "European" way. For brewing, use mild purified water up to 100 ° C. Take a tablespoon of dry tea for a cup or another 250-300 ml teapot. Fill with water so that the water covers dry tea. Drain the first brew immediately - it is better to rinse the puerh before brewing to achieve purity of taste and aroma. After that, again fill the tea with hot water, leave for 3-5 minutes.
Loose Pu-erh is no worse than pressed, on the contrary, it has a number of advantages. You do not need to bother with a puer splitting knife, just take the required amount with a spoon. In addition, it is known that tea loosely ripens faster and acquires the qualities of aged shu in the shortest possible time.
