And although green tea is considered more beneficial due to the fact that it has more vitamins and antioxidants, black tea has its advantages - it warms well, positively affects the gastrointestinal and cardiovascular systems, and removes toxins from the body.

It is also worth considering that there is more caffeine in green tea, so it is better to drink black tea in the evening. As a basis for tea drinks, you should not take tea of ​​elite varieties - such tea is self-sufficient, its delicate taste and aroma is better to relish without impurities, in its pure form.

As the basis for black tea drinks, Indian or Ceylon tea is perfect. For green tea drinks - budget Chinese green tea.
