Brewing method:
The first, and perhaps the most important condition - tune in to have fun, do not drink this tea in a hurry.
Take purified water and heat it to 95-100 degrees. It is better not to brew Milk Oolong tea with boiling water, let the water cool down a little. Warm up the teapot with hot water, pour in tea at the rate of 1 gram of tea per 100 ml of water. 1 gram of Milk Oolong tea is about a third of a teaspoon. Shake the tea to warm it up in a hot pot - this way you can get additional pleasure from inhaling the aroma of dry tea leaves and at the same time "wake up" the tea. Pour hot water over the tea, directing the stream of water in circles - this way the water will embrace and wash every tea leaf. Infuse the tea for 3-5 minutes, then pour into cups and enjoy.
