RETURN POLICY

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Return Policy governs the terms of return of products purchased in the i-tea.club online store, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
1.2. The policy applies to products of the "tea" and "teaware" categories.

2. Terms of return of goods of proper quality
2.1. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, if the product:
- has not been used;
- retains its presentation (packaging, labels, seals, stickers);
- the integrity of the packaging is not broken, especially in the case of tea;
- there is a document confirming the purchase (check, receipt, electronic order).

2.2. Return of goods belonging to the category "tea" (food products) is possible only in case of inadequate quality of the product.

3. Conditions for the return of goods of inadequate quality
3.1. A product of inadequate quality is understood to be a product that has defects, makes it unsuitable for use for its intended purpose, or does not correspond to the description provided on the Site.
3.2. The User has the right to:
- replace the product with a similar one;
- refund the amount paid for the product.
3.3. To return a product of inadequate quality, it is necessary to:
- provide an application for return (in free form);
- attach photo or video recording of product defects (if necessary);
- provide a document confirming the purchase.

4. Procedure for returning goods
4.1. To arrange a return, the User must contact the administration of the online store through the contact information specified on the i-tea.club website.
4.2. After agreeing on the return details:
- The User must send the product back via the agreed delivery service;
- The online store will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
4.3. In the event of a return of a product of proper quality, the buyer will pay the shipping costs.

5. Refund procedure
5.1. Refunds are made within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the product back to the online store warehouse.
5.2. Money is returned in the same way as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Products that cannot be returned
6.1. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, the following cannot be returned:
- food products of proper quality (tea, provided that it matches the description and quality); - goods that cannot be returned for hygienic or sanitary reasons if they have been unpacked or used (e.g. teapots, teapots).

8. Additions and changes
