Unusual teapot made of Yixing clay Duan Ni.
Volume - 200 ml.
The teapot, made from Yixing clay called Duan Ni, stands out for its unique San Zu Ding shape. It was named "Emperor Yu's Tripod" in honor of the ancient legend of Emperor Yu, who created nine tripods made of bronze. The emperor depicted on tripods all the evil spirits he encountered in his travels, allowing people to easily recognize evil.
It is believed that tea brewed in such a teapot helps to see the true essence of things.
The kettle is equipped with a classic strainer with nine holes and medium-thick walls. On the inside of the bottom there is a workshop seal, and on the outside it is decorated with carvings with wishes for repeated happiness.
Important:
- A new kettle should get used to the temperature in your room before use. Do not rinse the kettle with boiling water immediately after bringing your purchase from a frosty street.
- Do not wash earthenware kettles with strong-scented detergents. Clay teapots after tea drinking are simply rinsed with hot water, that's enough.
