A large replenishment of the Chakhay collection!
We are glad to inform you, friends, that the collection of Chakhais has grown significantly!
Chahai, also known as the Chalice of Justice, serves as an intermediate vessel between a teapot (be it a teapot or a gaiwan) and bowls.
What is it needed for? In this vessel, the tea is evened out in taste and aroma. If you pour tea directly from the teapot, in which the tea continues to brew and gain strength, then the first guest will get the lightest tea, the last - the strongest. This is unfair, hence the name Chalice of Justice.
Pouring tea from a teapot into a chahai, you get a homogeneous drink that is just the same for all participants in the tea party. And no one is offended.
In addition, this is an additional action that allows you to slightly cool the tea, admire its color, fill the room with tea aroma - each manifestation of the tea action helps to communicate more with tea and enjoy it to the fullest.
To use chahai or not is your own business, but we strongly recommend it, because it is nice and beautiful! :-)
