The teapot is made of Duan Ni light Yixing clay. The Han Bian Hu form is quite rare. Such teapots are called Han teapots, the name of the form can be literally translated as "Han flat teapot". A distinctive feature of this shape is a sharp horizontal crease at the top of the teapot's body.

- A new kettle should get used to the temperature in your room before use. Do not rinse the kettle with boiling water immediately after bringing your purchase from a frosty street.
