To produce green rooibos, leaves are sprayed with steam immediately after harvest, thereby stopping fermentation. Red rooibos undergoes a natural fermentation process.

How to brew rooibos

Rooibos is unpretentious to the conditions of brewing - you can brew it as you used to brew regular tea - in a kettle with button, in a teapot, in gaiwan. Take 1 teaspoon of dry tea in a glass of water. Brew water with a temperature of 80-95 ° C, insist 3-5 minutes, enjoy!

Keep in mind that dry tea is rather small, it is better to use a frequent sieve.
