General Provisions

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an official offer of the online store https://i-tea.club/ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to an unlimited number of persons to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely, on the terms set out below.

Acceptance of this offer (acceptance) means the Buyer's agreement with all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. Offer - the Seller's offer to conclude this Agreement on the terms set out in this document.

1.2. Acceptance - the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by placing an order on the website.

1.3. Website - the website https://i-tea.club, used for the sale of goods remotely.

1.4. Goods - objects of sale offered for sale on the Website.

1.5. Buyer - an individual or legal entity that has accepted this Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. This Agreement regulates the purchase and sale of Goods through the Site, including:

voluntary selection of the Goods by the Buyer;

placing an order on the Site;

payment for the Goods;

delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.

3. Ordering

3.1. The Order is placed by the Buyer independently through the appropriate interface of the Site.

3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide reliable information.

3.3. The Seller is not responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the order in the event that the Buyer provides unreliable information.

4. Price and payment procedure

4.1. The price of the Goods is indicated on the Site at the time of placing the order.

4.2. Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia.

4.3. The Buyer can make a payment by one of the methods indicated on the Site (bank card, transfer, cash on delivery, etc.).

4.4. In case of prepayment, the Goods are considered paid after the funds are credited to the Seller's account.

5. Delivery of the Goods

5.1. The Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

5.2. Delivery times depend on the selected delivery method and are determined by the carrier.

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the work of transport companies.

6. Return and exchange of Goods

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the Goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

6.2. To return or exchange the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to contact the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods.

6.3. The Goods are subject to return or exchange only if their commercial appearance, consumer properties and documents confirming the fact of purchase are preserved.

7. Responsibility of the Parties

7.1. The Seller is responsible for fulfilling the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.

7.3. The Seller is not responsible for improper execution of the order if this occurred due to the fault of third parties.

8. Force majeure

8.1. The Parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement in the event of force majeure circumstances that the Parties could not foresee or prevent.

8.2. Force majeure circumstances include: natural disasters, war, mass unrest, strikes, decisions of state authorities, etc.

9. Other conditions

9.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance by the Buyer and shall remain in effect until the Parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.

9.2. All disputes arising in the course of the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to consideration in court at the Seller's place of registration.

9.3. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Agreement. Changes shall enter into force upon their publication on the Site.
