Shipping and payment

You can place an order in our online store at any time of the day. Order processing by the manager of the online store - on business days from 9-00 to 18-00. When processing an order, the manager will contact you at the telephone number specified when placing the order.

Delivery of orders in Kiev, as well as shipping in Ukraine is carried out from Monday to Friday inclusive. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Delivery is carried out:

• in Kiev and Ukraine by the carrier company "New Mail" (according to carrier tariffs).

Payment Methods:

• cash to the courier;
• to the card of Privatbank;
• cash on delivery, upon receipt at the New Post office. In this case, you pay the carrier the return delivery of money (25-40 UAH.)

The card number will be sent to you by mail, phone or Viber after the order is processed by the store manager.

Delivery time 1-2 days.

The number of the transport document is reported when sending the goods.

We work not only with retail customers, but also with organizations. When placing an order in the Payment Method, select "Transfer to card / bank account".

After confirming the order, the store manager will contact you at the phone number or email you specified. The manager will provide you with all the necessary details for payment to the current account: a) the invoice, b) the documents of the entrepreneur, c) the invoice (after delivery).
